ACuaEODB is a comprehensive database of manually curated EOs against various strains of C. acnes (formerly P. acnes). The database contain data about the ACuaEOs, their name, source, type (natural or synthetic), validation, inhibition concentration information, and target organism and strain. The database is also cross-referenced with it's source literature database i.e., PubMed. This database will help researchers or pharmaceutical industries to retrive information about various ACuaEOs and their details.
