Welcome to Anti-Ebola Peptide Database (AEPDB)
A Comprehensive Archive of Manually Curated Anti-Ebola Peptides (AEPs)
AEPDB is a comprehensive knowledgebase of manually curated AEPs. The knowledgebase contain data about the AEPs, their name, sequence, length, source, validation, target Ebola strain, binding target & process, mode of action (MoA), hemolytic activity, toxicity, and more. The knowledgebase holds the information about 69 AEPs. The knowledgebase is also cross-referenced with it's source database i.e., PubMed along with PDB & UniProt. This resource will help researchers or pharmaceutical industries to retrive information about various AEPs and their details for further studies like peptide-based drug development against Ebola virus, ML model development for AEP prediction, etc.

We will keep this site online, updated and regularly maintained. The database was last updated on 2024-05-28.
