Welcome to Anti-Dengue Peptide Database (ADPDB)
A Comprehensive Archive of Manually Curated Peptides that can Inhibit Various Strains of Dengue Virus
Anti-Dengue Peptide Database (ADPDB) is a comprehensive knowledgebase of manually curated peptides for various strains of dengue virus. The database contain data about the anti-dengue peptides, their sequence, source, taxonomy, inhibition concentration information, target component information, target process information, mode of action (MoA), toxicity, & more. The database is also cross-referenced with it's source literature database i.e., PubMed. This database will help researchers or pharmaceutical industries to retrive information about various anti-dengue peptides and their details.

We will keep this site online, updated and regularly maintained. The database was last updated on 2024-01-13.
